Approximately 20 hours per week
Unpaid. NAIA works with universities to meet course credit and experiential learning requirements.
Interns may receive special invitations to NAIA events, summits, and Capitol Hill engagements. Remote flexibility available by role.
Track federal legislation and executive agency guidance. Contribute to position papers, member briefings, and NAIA's policy committee work across Congress and federal agencies.
Monitor AI-related legislation across all 50 states. Identify trends, track preemption debates, and build resources for member companies navigating state-level regulatory activity.
Support member engagement, outreach campaigns, and coalition-building across NAIA's national network.
Manage NAIA's presence on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. Develop content that translates complex AI policy topics into clear, engaging public-facing messaging.
Research, write, and help produce NAIA's regular member newsletter. Synthesize AI policy news, member updates, and coalition announcements for a national audience of industry stakeholders.
Support production of NAIA's podcast including guest research, interview preparation, editing, show notes, and distribution.
Coordinate and produce NAIA's policy webinar series. Manage speaker logistics, platform operations, and event promotion.
Support day-to-day organizational functions including scheduling, CRM management, document coordination, and project tracking.
